You may request your return from our customer service (0878-7800-0087) or by sending an email to javakulitgallery@gmail.com indicating order number, item's code and reason for return (discretionary)

Once the procedure is completed you will receive an email with the shipping label to be attached to the box.

Return items must be shipped within 7 days from delivery, unused and with intact labels.

Furthermore, items must be shipped with original packaging, considered to be integral part of product, so that it's properly protected during carriage.

However, if original packaging is not available anymore, a bos with similar dimensions and features may be used.

Return request may be done excusively by the person who made the order and the shipping may be only done from the Country in which the order was placed.

Delivery Error

In the event of a delivery error, the first thing you should do is report to our customer service (0878-7800-0087) immediately. Inform your personal data, the mistakes that happened, and the goods you should get. This delivery error will be resolved as soon as possible.


To redeem/ return, the goods must be still in the original state (unused, not dirty, leather is not folded, etc.). If we find the goods have been used and in a bad condition, we can not accept the redemption process. The goods will be immediately sent back to the you.

Our Business Policy

Java Kulit offers products for sale on www.ilbisonte.com and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "Consumers" or “Retailers and/or Self-employed”.


We shall be held liable for any lack of conformity occurring within Five years from the delivery of goods.

Our Five (5) years guarantee is a warranty against defects in materials (leather and hardware such as snaps, zippers, buckles, rivets, etc.) and workmanship.

In order to benefit from his rights, you shall inform us as the seller of the lack of conformity within one (1) months of the date on which he detected the lack of conformity. The information is unnecessary if the Seller has recognised or concealed the existence of the flaw.

The request shall be done in a written form, by registered letter with a form for acknowledgement of receipt or by e-mail, addressed to the Seller. The Seller will indicate and motivate his readiness to fulfil or not to fulfil the request within seven (7) working days from the acknowledgement. In the same communication – in case of acceptance of the request – the Seller will indicate the conditions of shipment and return, as well as the deadline for return or replacement of goods.

However, alterations of the shades of colour are not covered by the guarantee. Changes may occur over the years. This is a natural feature of artisanal products and must not be considered as a flaw but on the contrary as a symptom of the high quality of the products of Java Kulit.

Maintain your favorite leather pieces regularly to ensure soft and supple leather. Leather can be cleaned and restored with a regimen of leather care products designed to clean, condition and protect. Leather Care can help maintain your product longer.
